We’ll start with the foundations of clean cake building, perfect for beginner bakers. You’ll learn how to stack, fill, and frost your cake with smooth, sharp edges using techniques I use every day.

Once our base is beautiful and ready, we’ll finish with a fun introduction to vintage piping—those elegant borders and delicate details that give cakes a timeless, nostalgic feel.
